For small production we 3D print using recycled PETG filament, also called PIPG, combines the advantages of PLA and ABS filament ensuring less residual waste.
Large mass production (1500+ units) we use recycled polypropylene (PP) thermoplastic and injection moulding.

Polypropylene is one of the most used plastics in the world, yet at most, it is estimated at only 3% is recycled.
